Ready access to open government is important to Village of McFarland officials and staff. Government related information is available and accessible in a wide variety of formats to accommodate the diverse needs of Village residents.
All Village authority, board, commission, and committee meeting agendas and a “Schedule of Meetings” for the upcoming week are posted every Friday afternoon at the following official Posting Places:
1 . E.D. Locke Public Library, 5920 Milwaukee Street
2. McFarland Municipal Center, 5915 Milwaukee Street
3. McFarland State Bank, 5990 Highway 51

The approved Minutes for all Village authority, board, commission, and committee meetings are posted on the Village Website. Copies are also available at the Village Administration Department, 5915 Milwaukee Street.
You can obtain a partial or complete copy of Village authority, board, commission, and committee “meeting packets” by contacting the Village Administration Department at (608) 838.3153.
A “meeting packet” is a compilation of all documents related to a specific meeting agenda, that is distributed to the members prior to the meeting so they can review and prepare for the discussion and possible action on items of business to be addressed by that particular authority, board, commission, or committee.
