Fire Department Inspections

Deputy Fire Chief/Fire Marshal Scott Miller conducts semi-annual inspections of commercial buildings.  New construction, as well as existing properties, are inspected.

There are two different forms that need to be completed for new, remodel construction, and certain replacements.  Once these forms are completed, you will receive a Fire Department completion certificate.  The first form, Fire Protection Fee Worksheet, and the second form, Permit Application, are available for you.
