Senior Outreach Services Department

McFarland's Senior Outreach Services assists older and disabled adults by promoting and coordinating effective community services and volunteer opportunities that allow these adults to live full, independent lives and to remain in their own homes. Outreach workers assist with finances, meal programs, transportation, housing, adult day care programs, respite care for care givers, and support groups and workers.
