Yoga classes are offered on both Mondays and Thursdays. Sessions will be held from 9–10 a.m. Cost is $8 per class and must be paid in advance. Participants can come to either or both of the days yoga is offered. Drop-in fees are $10 for occasional participants. The first class is free for people wanting to check it out.
Yoga benefits every body, regardless of fitness level, age or size. It promotes relaxation and focus, and improves physical strength, flexibility, balance and coordination.
