AGENDA

1. Call to order.
2. Review and possible approval of draft Minutes from the August 16, 2010 and September 20, 2010 Plan Commission Meetings.
3. Review and possible action on a request by Tom Gannon to re-issue a Conditional Use Permit, originally approved in 2006, allowing construction of a 4-unit building which exceeds the maximum allowable density by one unit on Lot 3, CSM 10473 Third Addition to Country Wood. The addresses are 6306, 6308, 6310 and 6312 Holscher Road. The property is zoned R-3 General Residence. (Tabled at the August 16, 2010 Plan Commission meeting.)
4. Public Hearing – Review and possible action regarding a Conditional Use Permit (CUP), requested by Ryan Quam, to operate an engineering business out of a remodeled existing garage. The property address is 4604 Siggelkow Road: Lot 1 CSM 1034.
5. Public Hearing – Review and possible recommendation to the Village Board regarding a request by Ryan Quam to rezone 4604 Siggelkow Road from R-3 General Residence to C-G General Commercial for the purpose of operating an engineering business.
6. Review and possible action on a Site/Design plan to remodel an existing garage at 4604 Siggelkow Road as office space for an engineering firm.
7. Discussion of revisions to the Subdivision Ordinance resulting from changes to the State Statutes.
8. Review and possible action regarding annual review of Fees in lieu of parkland dedication, Section 56-176 of the Village of McFarland Municipal Code.
9. Discussion of revisions to the Village of McFarland Landscaping Guidelines suggested by Village Attorney Matt Fleming.
10. Discussion of revisions to Section 62-206 Signal Receiving Antennas of the Village of McFarland Municipal Code.
