AGENDA

1. CALL TO ORDER.

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES.
a. Review and possible approval of the draft minutes of the June 2, 2010; June 9, 2010; and August 11, 2010 Public Safety Committee meetings.

3. BUSINESS.
a. Discussion of possible ordinance change to allow the outdoor consumption of alcohol in designated outdoor food serving areas or smoking areas.
b. Status report and discussion on the proposed “DaneCom” Interoperable Radio
Communications System Project and municipal equipment purchases.
c. Status update on review of Personnel Policies for the Fire Department. Report
by Fire Chief on the development status of each policy in index (completed, in process,
not started).

4. STAFF REPORTS.
a. Police Department
b. Fire Department
c. EMS Department

5. ADJOURNMENT.

2) A quorum of the Village Board may attend this meeting for the purpose of gathering information
relevant to their responsibilities as Village Trustees. No matters shall be considered nor shall any
action be taken by said Village Board members at this meeting.
