1. Call to Order.
2. Review of updated budget background information.
a. Health insurance premiums for 2011
b. Property tax levy limit projections for 2011 and 2012
3. Review and discussion of possible expenditure reductions for 2011. Establish priorities for expenditure reductions through efficiency measures or service level changes.
a. Staffing levels/personnel costs
b. Other operating expenses
c. Financing of capital expenditures
d. Eliminate programs or reduce service levels
4. Final direction to staff on the mix of revenue enhancements, expenditure reductions and tax levy increase to be used in the development of the 2011 budget.
5. Discussion of other budget policy issues.
a. Fire & EMS contract costs to Towns
b. Employee retirement costs
c. EAB response plan implementation
6. Adjournment.
