AGENDA

1. Call to Order.

2. Review and possible approval of draft Minutes from the meeting of August 17, 2010.

3. Discussion and possible recommendation to Plan Commission regarding current stormwater issues in Country Wood subdivision and the potential impacts of a proposed 4-unit project on Lot 3, CSM 10473 Third Addition to Country Wood. The addresses are 6306, 6308, 6310 and 6312 Holscher Road.

4. Discussion and possible recommendation to Village Board regarding proposed Ordinance No. 2010-10 relating to control of cross connections and back flow prevention.

5. Preliminary overview of 2011 capital budgets.

6. Staff Reports.
a. Construction progress report
b. Financial Reports
c. Impact Fee Summary

7. Closed Session.
a. Motion to convene in Closed Session in accordance with Wis. Stats. §19.85 (1) (e) to deliberate or negotiate the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a Closed Session (possible acquisition of property).

8. Open Session.
a. Motion to adjourn the Closed Session and reconvene in Open Session to act on items of business discussed in Closed Session.

9. Adjournment.
