1. CALL TO ORDER.

2. ATTENDANCE ROLL CALL.

3. BUSINESS.
a. Motion to approve the acquisition of an existing duplex residential property at
5524/5526 N. Cook Street for a future stormwater management project at a purchase
price of $218,500.
b. Motion to approve the following appointments to the EMS Director Screening
Committee: Mike Harried, Village President; Steve Jackson, Village Trustee; Dick Plotkin, Public Safety Committee Member; Dan Kolk, McFarland Citizen Member; and Cathy Rigdon, Stoughton EMS Director.
c. Review of updated budget background information.
(1) Shared Revenue, Expenditure Restraint, and General Transportation Aids payment amounts for 2011.
(2) Property tax levy limit projections for 2011 and 2012.
d. Review and discussion of proposed 2011 Capital Budgets and the proposed Capital
Improvement Program for 2011-2015.
e. Discussion of debt service borrowings to be done for 2010 capital projects and potential
borrowings for 2011 capital projects.
(1) 2010 Projects – Yard Waste/Brush Drop-off Site, Salt Storage Shed, Property Acquisition for Stormwater Management.
(2) 2011 Projects – Radio Replacements, DPW Patrol Truck
f. Discussion of alternative ways to balance the 2011 budgets.
