1. Call to order.

2. Review and possible approval of draft Minutes from February 16, 2012.

3. Director will give report for February 2012 Outreach Department activities.

4. Announcement of Senior Outreach Department’s upcoming events and activities.

5. Report on current legislative activities - Ingrid Thompson, Legislative Advocate.

7. Report on satisfaction survey results from surveys sent to case management clients.

8. Report on the Ad Hoc Facilities Study Committee.

9. Set future Senior Outreach Services Committee meeting date and agenda items for it.

10. Adjournment.
