a. Library goals and objectives for 2012.
b. Library budget: comparison with neighboring libraries.

6. CLOSED SESSION.
Motion to convene in Closed Session in accordance with Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)c to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction (compensation and performance evaluation issues). [Director’s performance evaluation].

7. OPEN SESSION.
Motion to adjourn the Closed Session and reconvene in Open Session to act on items of business discussed in Closed Session.

8. ADJOURNMENT.
