AGENDA

1. CALL TO ORDER.

2. DISCUSSION ITEMS.
a. Developing a list of recommendations to the Library Board for future library services, based on compiled list of “Recommendations for Future Library Services,” including additions and deletions.
b. Prioritizing and organizing the list of recommendations.
c. Recommendations for Strategic Planning Committee: appointment, frequency of meeting, etc.
d. “We believe” statements to underlie the recommendations.
e. Establishing where the Committee feels the library should be in ten years.
f. Addressing the need for more resources to implement the recommendations.

3. NEXT MONTH’S AGENDA.

2) A quorum of the Village Board may attend this meeting for the purpose of gathering information relevant to their responsibilities as Village Trustees. No matters shall be considered by said Village Board members nor shall any action be taken by said Village Board members at this meeting.
