     a. 2012 budget projections. Consider potential service/budget adjustments for the remainder          

         of 2012.

     b. 2013 budget. Consider potential service/budget adjustments for 2013.

6.  CLOSED SESSION.
     a. Motion to convene in Closed Session in accordance with Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)c to consider    

         employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public

         employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction (compensation and

         performance evaluation issues). [Library employees’ compensation in 2013].

7.  OPEN SESSION.

      a.   Motion to adjourn the Closed Session and reconvene in Open Session to act on items of business

           discussed in Closed Session.
