BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

AGENDA
1. Call to order.
2. Review and possible approval of the draft Minutes from the January 26, 2012 Board of Zoning Appeals meeting.
3. Public Hearing – Request by Dale Beck for an 8.58 foot variance to the minimum 50 foot lot width to create two lots. The addresses of the properties are 6009 and 6011 Exchange Street and are zoned R-1A Single-Family Residence.
4. CLOSED SESSION. Motion to convene in Closed Session pursuant to Wis. Stats. §19.85(1)(e) to deliberate a case which has been the subject of any judicial or quasi-judicial trial or hearing before that governmental body. Deliberation concerns an 8.58 foot variance to the minimum 50 foot lot width to create two lots. The addresses of the properties are 6009 and 6011 Exchange Street and are zoned R-1A Single-Family Residence.
5. OPEN SESSION. Motion to adjourn Closed Session and reconvene in Open Session to act on items of business in Closed Session resulting from deliberations concerning a request for an 8.58 foot variance to the minimum 50 foot lot width to create two lots. The addresses of the properties are 6009 and 6011 Exchange Street and are zoned R-1A Single-Family Residence.
6. Adjournment.
