1. Call to Order.

2. Review and possible approval of the draft Minutes from the February 15, 2012 Emergency Management Committee meeting.

3. Business.
a. Emergency Response Plan approval update.
b. Discuss and develop Emergency Response Plan distribution and staff awareness training.
c. Functional exercise planning update – (Sgt. Mauer and Wernet).
1. Select a date for the functional exercise
d. Discuss severe weather (thunderstorm and tornado) response and agency policy
and procedures. PLEASE bring relevant policy and procedures for your agency.
e. Staff reports.

4. Adjournment.
