1. CALL TO ORDER.
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES.
a. Approval of the draft Minutes of the April 10 and May 22, 2012 meetings of the Communications and Technology Committee.
3. BUSINESS.
a. Discussion and possible action on a staff recommendation regarding the provider(s) for video-on-demand (VOD) and live streaming services. Review utilization by the public of VOD services.
b. Report on staff utilization for period January-June 2012 and types of internal and external programming content being produced. Possible recommendation to Village Board to amend the 2012 Cable/Website Fund budget to increase appropriations for personnel costs to cover staffing needs for the balance of 2012.
c. Review and discuss the draft Technology Usage Policy under discussion by the Personnel Committee.
d. Continuing discussion and possible recommendation to the Village Board on proposed “McFarland Cable 98/982 Operating Guidelines”.
e. Continuing discussion of implementation priorities and action plans for achieving Committee goals for 2012 and 2013.
