Powers & Duties
The Personnel Committee is responsible for the following functions:
- Advising the Village Board on the development of, and revisions to personnel policies.
- Make recommendations regarding changes in the Village’s organizational structure.
- Make recommendations regarding the classification of employees and compensation, including fringe benefits offered to Village employees.
- Make recommendations regarding employment position descriptions.
Regular Meetings
Meets as needed.
Composition/Terms
The Personnel Committee shall be comprised solely of three Village Trustees.
Agendas, Minutes, and Packets
Agendas and packets are posted publicly prior to the meeting while minutes are posted after being approved by the Committee.
