How do I obtain a receipt?

To obtain a receipt:

  • Please indicate on your payment stub that you would like a receipt and one will be mailed to you. 
  • All payments made by December 31st, receipts will be available on AccessDane by January 31st. All payments made by January 31st, receipts will be available on AccessDane after by February 28th.
  • Contact the Administration Office by phone at 608-838-3153 or email Administration. We can then email you a receipt or have one available for pickup.
